Collaboration: the good, the bad and the ugly
Co-Directors of Aphids & Aphids discuss collaboration tools including explicit conversations around crediting, project expectations and the environments where the collaboration will take place (do you you meet in a cafe or a bar or the park?). Daily check-ins on the workloads and responsibilities of each collaborator, such as childcare responsibilities and energy levels are recommended, as well as allowing transparent access to administrative documents, and information on scheduling and budgets.
