Diversity Assessment Framework
Under the British Council's Diversity Assessment Framework, each country office must report and provide examples and evidence against 10 indicators of Equity, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI). The examples must show that EDI is embedded and internalised, both within the internal practices of the organisation and in its external projects. The evidence is assessed every two years by internal and external reviewers, as well as being scored centrally by the British Council Equity Unit.
