  • Encourage the sharing of lived experiences and create opportunities for this to encourage discourse around workplace culture
  • Reach out to the community for partnerships, meaningful cultural connections and learning opportunities as a response to the survey findings
  • Benchmark your survey results and responses with other similar organisations or companies
  • Create opportunities for learning and signpost to relevant organisations for support
