Our commitment to race equality

Outlines the 'Tate’s commitment to active work to combat racism, in our own organisation and in society at large'. Includes establishing a 'properly resourced' internal taskforce, the development of an action plan, commitments to diversifying the workforce, especially at the highest levels, zero tolerance of harassment and bullying and a commitment to diversifying collections and exhibitions.

The Tate has also committed to measuring progress and publishing the results.
