One-page charter adopted by members of the UK's Creative Industries Council, including Arts Council England, British Film Institute, Crafts Council, UK Music and UK Interactive Entertainment. It commits the industry to take action in eight areas, including collecting data, increasing talent pipelines, promote diversity at senior levels and setting meaningful targets.

A report with case studies from Def Jam, Raising Films and NBC Universal. It recommends adopting a policy framework of the 'five As': Ambition, Allyship, Accessibility, Adaptability, and Accountability, as a continuum for ongoing appraisal and change.

'White Fragility is a state in which even a minimum amount of racial stress becomes intolerable, triggering a range of defensive moves. These moves include the outward display of emotions such as anger, fear, and guilt, and behaviors such as argumentation, silence, and leaving the stress-inducing situation. These behaviors, in turn, function to reinstate white racial equilibrium.'
