Our anti-racism statement

A statement from the UK's Film and TV Charity, acknowledging that they have not done enough to recognise racism in the screen sector, and that it has affected their ability to provide support to everybody working behind the scenes in film and TV. The statement is a commitment of intent to be an anti-racist organisation and demonstrates this by allocating resources. A useful template to help leaders to set organisational mission statements.

Prejudice Reduction: What Works? A Review and Assessment of Research and Practice

A review of 985 studies on prejudice-reduction strategies, such as 'diversity training', 'antibias' or 'cultural competence' interventions, which found that there is no evidence about whether or not they work.

'We conclude that the causal effects of many widespread prejudice-reduction interventions, such as workplace diversity training and media campaigns, remain unknown.'
