Women from diverse backgrounds still face leadership barriers
A qualitative descriptive study by Monash University health and social care academic and clinician researchers has explored how the intersection of factors including gender, ethnicity, class, ability and sexuality can contribute to social inequity, discrimination, oppression and marginalisation. They interviewed five high-profile Australian women about their lived experience.
