Since 2018, the Creative Diversity Network's Diamond research have highlighted the lack of diversity in senior roles, especially the roles of writer and director. This report presents their headline findings on diversity among writers, directors and producer directors working in UK television, focusing on representation by gender, disability, age, race and ethnicity, and sexual orientation.
