Racism it Stops With Me: Workplace Cultural Diversity Tool

Informed by research, consultations and international best practice, this tool supports work to promote cultural diversity and challenge racism in the workplace.

It's designed to be completed by staff members with oversight and/or awareness of organisational planning, policies, recruitment and retention. It contains a self-assessment and ten 'good practice areas' (including: acknowledging First Nations sovereignty, organisational learning, leadership, and hiring)
