Activating the agricultural literacy movement with new media

Aksara Tani is an agricultural literacy movement which collaborates with locals in various sustainable community activities to support the farming culture and traditional practices of Gili Meno.

Artists first in Tasmania’s Inspire Program

The Inspire Program supports culturally diverse performers in Tasmania, created in 2017 by Migrant Resource Centre Tasmania. The program's website serves as a talent database and every performer gets a ‘promotion pack’ with professional photos, free business workshops (with language support where needed) and mentoring from a performing arts company.

Assessing your organisation's capacity for successful audience development

Worksheet 2.6 on p. 135 of the Increasing Cultural Participation Handbook is a worksheet to evaluate an organisation's current ability to implement an audience development initiative. Question topics include not only vision and resources, but the willingness of the organisation to evolve.

Awesome Black is a platform run by a First Nations collective of digital content creators and artists. It is intended to be a home for their creations where audiences can directly support them. Works hosted on the platform include podcasts, live shows and other programs.
